Large text..help please

Earlier tonight my cat decided to have a wonda on my keyboard.Ever since ive had the text on ebay and a couple of forums appear in large font.
Can anyone tell me how to put it back to normal?

hold down the ctrl key and roll your central mouse button

Roll it back the other way until you get it right size

or reset internet explorer back to defaults

On ebay it would only let me go large or small,so i tried it on a forum and it let me choose the size.
