This is the terminal where the "Area 51" aircraft depart from, the Helicopter pilot was very hush hush when we asked about it!

Awesome I'll be getting some myself next year, how much was the chopper ride?

I think we paid around £200 each, we booked through British Airways.

We also got a "free" limo ride to and from the airport which was provided by the company which was a nice touch!

There were 6 of us (full load) on our trip. We had myself and the girlfriend, a couple from Manchester and an Israeli couple - the woman did not open her eyes for the entire trip and just sat down when we landed in the Canyon! She had her heard in a sick bag for most of it too! Pretty pointless trip for them really ...

The trip was 45 minutes each way to/from the Canyon with around 30 minutes at a landing site where we had Champagne and a lunch - although it was really too hot to eat, temperature gauge was reading 110f!

I have just got back, and as per it was amazing had such a good a time, stopped at the cosmo (highly recommend), one of the best rooms and views I have had there. We are looking at going out on the 29th December and back on the 1st Jan flight.

I'm not OP but im going next month, Staying in a decent Suite (upgraded) @ the MGM Grande for a Week. £1200 each flying from Manchester with Virgin
