There is quicker - thats the world record for 4wd. They were running those times back in the mid 60's at the peak of the muscle car wars back in the states.

World record for fastest qtr mile is 412mph in 3.2 seconds set in 1977

they aint skid marks the tracks have a glue like feel to them was on the santa pod track a while back (not in my car might i add lol) and its like glue you can see your foot prints on the floor when you walk away. althought the torque twist of the car is amazing. and thats some driving for handling it.
