LCD TV recommendations

I am looking at getting one of these for my bedroom, so I can have it on my wall.

Where is the best / cheapest place to buy them from? I am looking around the £300 mark, and at a 17 / 20".

Anyone got any recommendations?

samsung or sony imo, phillips are doing nice stuff at the moment.

Cheapest place ive seen tv's is makro, but that could be cos i work there and get discount. lol

Just bought a panasonic TX17LX2, really nice tv and it is HD ready.
Paid £335 from TotalDigital.
