leaking from this switch/sensor?

i noticed a few posts on power steering oil leaks
i managed to find a users photo showing the sensor/switch that i'm havin hassle with
i have pointed to the sensor thats leaking and put a green cross to show where it leaks from

what is this sensor/switch?
how much to replace with a new one?
