i got some clear indicator blubs to day for front of my car to get rid over the orange shine in the lights but my blubs flash white is this ok ?

If they flash white then they are illegal, they must flash orange, saying this my side indicators have white bulbs and they flash white, never been pulled or had anything said bout them.

Erm nope, indicators must be orange - so flashing white is right out.

What bulbs did you get? are you sure they are meant to be used as indicator bulbs?

i got them from moter world like ! can you get clear ones then what flash orange ? from? thanx aswell better take them off

u can get silver ones that flash orange

You can get silver ones that look clear and flash orange from powerbulbs.com.

What you require is Philips SilverVision bulbs (code PY21W) which are 12V 21W indicator bulbs. You can purchase them off powerbulbs.com (have done myself, speedy service) however, one was duff so i couldnt be bothered to send it back.

So got another pair (not cheap at £15 mind!!) at Motaman car superstore (same as Moterworld i think).

ive got some phillips silvervision bulbs on the way!! still indicates orange but is all silver to get rid of that orange reflection in the headlamps! ive got them on the front & the rear
