Light and Fan

OKay got 2 problems at the mo, the front passenger side headlight is noticeably higher than the passenger side one when on how do i lower the light if possibe, maybe just the bulb.

Also my fan doesnt work any1 had this problem bfore ? maybe a loose conection

what car? my 172 was like that, theres a white nylon bolt behind the headlight. Just twist that clock wise (iirc) and it will raise the angle of the bulb
