light sensor stopped workin

My lights go on automatically when its dark but they stopped doin it last night i think i have hit a button or something...is there a way to put the sensor on again or are they goosed ... also i am not too sure about rain sensor its a bit hit and miss whether it works or not whats the deal with that can you switch it on and off? cheers:S

Auto lights - You need to switch the lights on and off twice with the ignition on. It should beep to let you know when you do it right.

Wipers are automatically sensing when you put the lever in the first down position. You can't switch it on or off. Sensitivity is adjusted by the rotating swivel switch on the stalk. I think the rain sensor is above the rear view mirror.
