not sure but guess the same as a lightend fly wheel.

ok, i know the lightweight bit, but it is the underdrive bit im not sure on. And are the claims of a few bhp correct?

just turns the accesories at a slower speed using a smaller pully, lower power drain from operating the accesories at a lower RPM.
