lightweight bonnet

I need to get the weight down on a 1993 16v and need help.I am looking for a lightweight bonnet. Also apart from not eating as many pies, any other suggestions.

k tec will be doing a carbon bonnet soon, basically rip out anything you dont need, chuck the spare wheel, get a lighter drivers seat etc. oh and besides pies, i found cutting out ice cream works too!

Be prepared for a costly effort though mate, theres a guy called marcus with a gtt that was looking at a cheap plase for carbon bonnets not sure he frequents here though
