Not directly no it's just my ongoing project to get it as light as possible and keep it driveable day to day.. I'm too tight to spend loads on tuning you see! Will hopefully know a tenth or two of my previous best up the 1/4 though..

Yup thats mine although the top dash is back on at the mo.....and yes the passenger seat/harnesses+ plus other bits will be coming out for 1/4 miling.

More wieght saving idea
Sticker instead of numberplate.
Take lock out of drivers side.
Knowing what your like give it a good clean
Bump stripes remove.
Sunroof removal.
Remove aerial. (You've probable no stereo so why an aerial).
Lightweight battery.
Take out all those white plastic bits I've done makes a huge difference on the 1/4 mile easily 2 seconds quicker now. ;-)
