OK, theoretically, lets say you have a bump, but decide mutually to not go through insurance.
You get a few quotes, seem a bit high and the guys says
"Fook it, was my fault, but prove it, I aint giving you no money and not going through insurance"
Is there a limited time you have to claim even if I had the persons car, reg details etc?
