Limiting Bandwidth

Hey Guys,

Ive not got the fastest internet connection at the best of times and when my flat mate starts playing his xbox online, I really start to notice effect on my pc.

Is there any way I can see how much of the internet connection he is using on his xbox and limit it somehow? Preferably without him knowing

Id prefer that to be the "Plan B" approach tbh

Jabbing a screwdriver into his ethernet socket and jabbing it around then denying all knowledge of it is also being considered

XBox doesn't actually use much bandwidth at all, I've used it through a monitoring program before and it was barely anything tbh.

Get a better internet connection, everyone's happy then surely?
