Limp mode after heavy rain. Fixed?

After alot of rain last night most of the roads had a lot of surface water on them today. As I was driving I noticed it go into limp mode. (Wouldn't rev high and sounded like a Subaru) after about 20 minutes of driving it started spluttering a bit then let out a few loud bangs like a rally car! (I have a decatted RS192 system)
After that I got all my power back and seems fine since! Does this sound fixed?
