" the installation was pretty easy and this thing is running better than it ever did with the westinghose OS. because linux is great for setting up multiple users, the whole family can use the same brush.

couple of tips:

first thing you want to do is sudo apt-get flouride. this probably would have been in the installation, but a number of euros object to its usage (whatever).

the picture is the default look, but just like desktops, you can change it around any way you like. my favorite, so far, is original look. just do tbsetbg -c chewstick.

there's still work to be done, though. like wireless on the desktop, the toothpaste companies have been less than helpful with their recipes. arm&hammer and tom's of maine have been great and they're easily installed. but colgate and crest have been serious dickheads about the whole project. fortunately, there's a workaround. you can just use kmintwrapper (there was a gmintwrapper, but apparently the targeted users are not as concerned with dental hygiene as the kmintwrapper users)."

Note: I won't hotlink the picture but it's an electric toothbrush with the linux penguin on.
