little black box

hey all,

whilst trying to move the wiring around to get my headunit to fit in better, this little black box thing came down, there was a small white connector that came down and it fits into the other end of the black box,

does anyone recognise the black box?

i dont wanna connect the white connector and find it buggers the car up for some reason, so i would check with you guys first

that look aftermarket. do you have anything on the car thats not standard? like alarm etc

That is the control box for a pair of ultrasonic sensors for your car alarm! The sensors being the small speaker-looking dudes on the roof interior.

The white connector links the control box to the main alarm unit.

ah that would explain why my alarm didnt go off when i locked my mate in the car, will connect it and see what happens,
