Locking wheel nut key help

Hi guys,

Lost the key.... Again!

Renault dealers are closed and it seems RPD are our of stock so can anyone identify which number key this is from the picture. Been searching eBay but struggling to find a matching one.

If it wasn't for the different code I would have said that's it... All the codes seem to be 4 digits whereas mine is 5
