Long turnover after a stall

Car  Clio Rs 200T
Basically I stalled my car earlier coming out of a car park :boring: And it took about 15-20seconds for it to get going again. Anyone have a idea why it took so long to start again?

Never expected that for an answer anyway I can prevent this again? apart from not stalling again

Not really, it's just excess fuel in the engine as the fuel will have kept pumping for a split second when you stalled and you just need to keep cranking to clear that fuel out before it will start.

mine does it and iv had it for around 18k/3 years with no issues i wouldnt worry
just a lil bit unburned fuel
