I I think if have dropped a valve on my f7r .... Any ideas what happened here ?

Looks like some debris got in perhaps.

I've not seen a belt like that to be honest , I'm thinking the belt has jumped cos it lost compression and died

I don't think so , the tensioner looks ok

can it not just be wear, a belt will snap in 1 place, although it looks bitten from debris, and i place my bet with that
