Iv see a mini up near dreghorn all the time with a similar reg plate and better spacing than your's HI8Y **.

Remember tomorrow is the cup game and football plates are always a bit of a no go imo

It might be because of jealousy at you just having a private plate too? I remember a guy at uni who had a 1.2RN Clio and his plate was JAS. His car was plain standard and got done in quite a lot for no reason

Sorry to hear the news, similar thing happened to me with my first Clio. Don't see the point in getting an alarm though, they don't make windows secure! By the time you've reacted they'll be long gone, and it will just annoy the names...

You might want to get some Supaglass. Its a film that basically makes it impossible to break the glass.
