^^5 years spunksy, or 72k.

Looks nice. I'd want to know who did the Cambelt and see a receipt.

Also make sure it's not got 4 odd budget tyres on it.

Apart from the Cambelt, just do the usual used car checks.

Where in bristol is it? I've not seen it.

I was told it was done at a Renault specialist they did I cambelt did that cost him £500 all in. From what I know the aux needs doing and the dephaser hasn't been done. Oh and standard exhaust so probably could do with being changed.

Way overpriced if it needs anything doing. Id expect an almost perfect 182 for that price

That is what I was thinking, he said he was looking to get at least £3000 for it. But like I said as far as I know it needs a new aux belt and it is on original dephaser. Why would you change cambelt and not dephaser for the sake of like £100 you might as well.

Because not everyone knows about dephasers. If it wasn't for CS.net, 90% of people wouldn't know anything about them.

The car isn't overpriced. Its priced fairly, it clearly states offers are welcome and for £3k (providing its a nice car) then it's a good buy. IMO of course.

I just don't want to pay £3k for it then fork out £150ish for a new aux is all

Looks very good prices about right like Daniel says if you can get it for 3k! But belts are due at 5 years or 72k and it's on 70k ! Be awear they will need doing sooner rather than later !
Other than that not a bad motor by looks ! Get a good look at it first ! Pictures can lie though

Yh I wouldn't pay more than £2900 for it so anything less is a bonus. Unless anyone on here got anything similar they want to sell me ;)

I see nothing wrong in the pics.

This really winds me up.

You can get anywhere in the UK in no time. On Friday I did a 9 hour 520 mile round trip to buy a 182.

You are just more dedicated than I am. I don't want to drive 3 hours for a car to find it a junker and waste me time.

Ring the seller, ask the right questions, it's really not difficult. You can usually tell just by the way they talk if they're genuine or not.

I'll go anywhere to buy a car if I want it. When you get there, providing you've done everything properly, it should just be a question of a quick check over, paying for it and driving back.

Distance really shouldnt be an issue if its the right car for the right money, When i bought the r26 i had before my clio I got dropped at birmingham airport and flew to aberdeen at around 8, Test drove the car, did the deal and drove it home. Was home by 6.30
