Looking for a 197 mecanical expert

You know when someone is telling you what's wrong with your car and listing everything you can replace; but in the back of your mind your thinking 'that doesn't make logical sense' and 'I know you're talking sh1t'?

Well I'm there at the moment. Does anyone know someone in Surrey or close that actually knows our cars, and can be trusted?

I'm getting the 197 ready for the fest track day and have a mechanical issue that needs sorting.

The issue
When I apply full power through 1st, 2nd and some of 3rd gear, when the car is really twisting, there is a grinding sound that comes from, what sounds like, front right. To me it sounds like the hammer setting on an electric drill. It's progressively getting worse.

Any contacts or ideas?

Ball joint. Does it make a noise when you do full lock to full lock?

No, but it does make more noise under power when turning right.

@197. Thanks for the great advice. Two techs were brilliant! Sorted the issue first time. After market manifold was touching the subframe when the engine twisted under power.
