Loose Connector/Plug

Apologies for the rubbish pictures.

Does anyone have an idea what this connector is for? It's been loose since I got the car and I cant feel any adverse effects from it, Just wondered what it is/was for?

Could be wrong, but think its the power steering connector switch. The bottom part (not shown) tends to crack and brake. I purchased a new one on ebay just recently.

That would make sense with the length of it. Cheers for that
