Loss of power (200)

Hi everyone. Picked my car up a week ago from charles hurst the car is great however ive noticed quite a loss of power does anyone have any thoughts as to why .... i noticed abit of dephaser noise so contacted renault and there going to replace it along with the belts

Ino bud sorry it was great pulled really hard when i just bought it and now it sounds tappety from the head... it feels really lazy and there is some sort of mattlic bearing noise when i give it abit

Just take it back and let them deal with it. You shouldn't need to diagnose the problem for them.
