Lost password for RAR file - help

Can anyone unextract a file for me please (if i emal it to you) which is within a RAR file. I have lost the password.

RAR files are hard to recover the password for, good luck.

Let me know if you find a decent program that cracks it as the ones I use don't do great on RAR files.

rar crack in ubuntu should be able to do in on a decent pc but it will be brute force and do 1000+ passwords/sec

make sure you have build-essential installed first before you install rarcrack
