Loud creaking when turning?

Over the past week my cars developed a loud creaking noise, it's mainly when turning right that it's worse.

What's the first thing I should check? I'm hoping it's nothing too serious as I'm still driving it daily.

Ball joints (spray with WD40 to see if it helps, could need changing)
CV Joint (have either boots slipped and dumped their grease?)
Top Mounts (would need replacing)

Ball joints have been done a couple of months ago, looking like top mounts then! This car is a never ending money pit.... Any way of checking the top mounts for play?

Fred replaced one arm about a month ago, I bet the others gone now! I'll call you later on to get booked in....

Sounds like Top mounts, mine did the same. I got both replaced by a mate

Quick update on this, I had the car jacked up for an oil change at the weekend so I decided to spray the offending area with some oil. The main area I sprayed was the outer ARB bushes and the inner lower arm bushes.

I also noticed that the offending lower arm looks new, so I'm maybe ruling that out. Anyway it pretty much stopped the creaking noise! It's slowly coming back so I assume it must be ARB bushes if the lower arm is fairly new.
