Loud rubbing sound coming from front of car

Hi guys..recently i problem has occured when i put my foot down on the accelerating, it sounds like something is rubbing and rattling wen i drive along...ive been told its the wheel bearings..any ideas?

could be the inner wheel arch plastic... thats what happened to mine... check out if anything is touching the tyres
