Loud whining at 80mph+

Hi,

I've recently got a Clio 182. When I hit ~80mph I hear this loud whine from the front of the car. It gets worse if I accelerate hard. Sounds like it could be air getting in somewhere...Any ideas?

could it be your belts? does it sound like a supercharger type noise?

Or check your window seals if its high pitched and your wheel bearings if its low. Or does it happen in lower gears at high revs?

wheel bearings will whine if they are worn.

all the 172 sport make a wiseling / wine when going above 80 mph mine dose it all the time , lol jsut turn stero up he he eh
