Low on 16s

Is it possible to go -80mm on 16s on my car? Wheels will be ET38.5..

Erm well i hit a pot hole earlier today and put a nice crack up my front wing, other than that its not too bad lol!!!!!

Its much smoother than the 60mm springs and std shocks, but if you hit a pot hole youll know about it!!!!!!

Im gonna go change the helper springs now, cos i think ive got the soft ones in, ill report back later!!!!!!
