I changed mine after getting haynes and max power clio guide. Easy to do once you get a slide hammer to remove bar.

where can i buy a slide hammer and how much are they cus my torsion bar is stiff as f**k!!

made my own slide hammer. length of M10 threaded bar with two nuts and large washer on end. then get heavy piece of steel with 12M dia. hole through so it slides over threaded bar . screw into torsion bar and jerk out away from car against nuts and washers.
