lowering a valver

i have 172 alloys on my valver (16's) wondering if i can lower it -55m without any arch work??, was thinking bout gettin k-tec springs cheap:approve: lol, i have 19mm spacers and tyres are 45's.

Mines on 17's mate lowered bout that much. Only scraps a tiny bit on full lock on the front, has to take all the arch liners out though! As for the rear i hade to trim the bumper slighty were it is paralell with the edge of the tyre then it was fine!!

no probs,if i got 17s with a 60mm drop u should be safe
