lowering my car

i have a 1.4 rt. is the back on springs or torsion bar? if so how do i lower it.

its a torsion bar mate,

Remove wheels

Place jack under rear discs to support hub

Pull the torsion bar out with a slide hammer preferably

Jack the hub up desired amount

Knock torsion bar back in

Replace wheels

And bobs your mothers uncle

Should only take 15 mins if torsion bar isnt seized.

May be worth spraying it with WD402 or 3 days in advance
