Lowering question

I am going to lower my clio 55-60mm

The springs will obviously determine the front drop, but what I want to know is in terms of handling how much should I drop the back by?

Should the back be a bit higher than the front? Or should they be as level as possible?

I am going to be running 15s with 195/45 tyres if that helps.

Cheers

Dropped my old 1.2 -45mm at front, -80+mm at the back. With 15s it was ok, but with 16s it rubbed like crazy on the back - tore out chunks of metal!

Stuck with -35mm at the front on my 16v, only -20mm at the back this time. Turns in much nicer and is far more controlable. But then again the 16v does have a markedly different torsion bar at the rear anyway and it 38mm lower than an RT out of the factory. Basically, if you want optimum handling, go for only a small drop at the rear.

think torsion bars have clicks 1 click is 35 and 2 clicks 70. ive got the same set up you putting on and the backs dropped 70, wouldnt look right with the ars in the air too much. only rubs when i got a load of fat b******s in the back.
