lowering sport seats

not sure if it was on here or some other forum i saw it bu i could swear some one lowered the seats by about 10ml just wondered if any one knows who or how to do it as iv had a quick look and cant work it out

Under the runners, there's rubber vibration washer type things at each of the 4 bolts, take them out. Will make the seat very stiff to move though.

ah thought it might of been that but it seemed to simple so thought it wasnt . may even not of been a clio what i saw it on but worth a try
