Lowering Springs Help!

Well. Im looking to put some standard 172 alloys on my car but ive got 17's on atm.

How much do you think i should lower if by, with 16s on.

I dont want it to rub or grind or anything like that, but i just want it to look low aswell.

i had mine lowerd 70/80mm on 17's and mine was fine

If you want it to look low, forget Eibach's.

Apex 40mm or 60mm will be fine.
