lowering springs???

looking for a set to lower my 182 either 40mm or 50 if possible, anyone know where to buy from cheap or anyone selling them?? also r they easy to fit or is it a garage job, if garage job will it cost alot for them to fit?? hmm lots of q's here, thanks, chris

Apex springs are a popular choice bvut the Eisbeck ones are very good as well.
About 1.5hrs if the garge is any good you can do it youself takes about 3.5hrs if you've never done it before but people on here will do it cheaper than a garage will charge if you don't want to get your hands dirty.
