lowering springs

What springs have people got/used and found much improved over standerd ???? got a 1.2 16v extreme rolling on 17's !!!!! so don't wana go much lower then 45mm !!!! thankz for any input

get apex for looks and harsher ride, Or i think you can get eibach Sportlines which give a good drop also, imo eibach prolines for great handeling on just springs. (without changing shocks etc).

thankz !!! was thinking of eibach heard a lot of good thing's about them !!! had a 60mm drop on g-max on my mk3 golf and think it would have been a softer ride on coilovers !!!

lol, i have a mate who lowerd his 172 ( fully modded) with 60mm koni and has nice rims on and i might just add they are 18" LMAO and he only gets rubbing when he has a full car car so i reckon your car would deal with 55mm at rear and 40mm at front, would look great.
