Lowering Springs?

Right, i have an 04 reg mk2 ph2 clio (dont know if this helps but its a 1.4 16v)... and im clueless on how to lower this car as i've gone through the threads and hardly anyone drives an mk2ph2 clio?

Can i just buy lowering springs and fit them on? i know the front has standard springs so i just replace them?
and for the back? i dont see springs, just shocks...

Roughly 40mmm.

Can go lower with Apex 60mm springs.

Springs are below the shocks at the rear.

If you behind the alloy/ steelie you'll see it.
