Lowering standard seats?

Hi,

Im quite tall so my knees are quite close to the steering wheel when driving my 172 cup! who would of thought it lol!

Just wondering if theres any known way of lowering the seat at all? I might just get a smaller steering wheel but ideally would like to keep the original.

That's what i heard it doesn't look like a lot but it does feel it.

Might get a bit of time tonight and have a go. The passenger seat is even higher so might do that aswell.

surely theres enough movement in the squab etc to do away with the vibration mounts....
