lowering suspension

hi i am after lowering my clio mk1 thase 2 1.4 rt 96 N reg the car has a to Torsion bar, I know I need lowering springs for the front but how do I go about lowering the back of the car?
Do I need to buy any think for the back of the car to lower it or can I just adjust the torsion bar?

Sorry if this seems a silly question but I just want to be sore on the facts. any help at all would be great thanks

Yer mate, you will need the lowering springs for the front and I went for APEX, which dropped it 40mm!

The back is a torsion bar and you can just adjust it, I didnt do it myself, but a few people have asured me thats its not too difficult!

I paid 60 for the springs from motor world.

40 for the torsion bar to be lowered 40mm at a place called A & M tyres in wigan!
