lowering the rear of my mk1 clio

hello

i have just bought jamex lowering springs for my clio i know how to fit those but on the rears they dont have springs there more like a strut can any one help me out i want to lower the rear by about 35 to 40ml how do they adjust and any tips will be great

You will need to adjust the torsion bar to raise or lower the arse end of your car not a hard job to do really took me about 2 hours on my r5. there are some guides about on how to do this somewhere, i will have a look for you.

i tried out the link but keep getting errors anyway with the rear suspension on my clio how much will i have to adjust it to roughly make 40ml
