  200 Ultra Red
Allo, looking to lower my car but want some advice on whats the best ride height and the best make. Not really wanting to go for a full kit but then don't mind if springs alone will damage my car???

60mm would like nice and shouldn't cause any problems. my car is lowered on 60mm springs and its not had any rubbing or clearance issues.

It's only a 1.2 16v...that the same as yours? Kind of springs you got? What about problems with shocks....anything??

I have Gmax springs and yeah its a 1.2 16v. Only had the springs on for a couple of months so no problems yet. I'm sure there are guys on here with 60mm springs long-term who haven't had problems with the shocks, however I'm confident they'll get worn quicker than normal springs. Honestly if you've got the cash I'd probably look at coilovers as they come very highly rated. If you're not looking to spend a fortune the springs are good and comfy and they look the part. When the shocks eventually wear out you could purchase some new aftermarket shocks.
