Lowering??

I need to lower my 2001 1.4 Si. it looks a bit odd on it's 17's lol. the question i have is... can i fit lowering springs ment for a 172/ 182 on it? someone once told me as its a "sporty" model it came with the sport suspension anyway:S (probably balls lol). or does it have to be the regular 1.2/1.4 flavour?

it has to be the springs for 1.2/1.4's as the compression ratio would be all ballsed up if you fitted 172/182 springs mate.
