Lowering

Is a 1.4 RT phase 1 with 16s fine to be lowered 40mm having a car full of 4 people including the driver. Will the added wait effect the wheels or not?

The added rolling radius of the wheels will slow you down. Then the lowering will cause scrubbing with 5 people in, unless you trim the arches.
