Lowering

alr8 lads i have a phase 1 clio and have just ordered sum 55mm lowering springs for the front. will the colour look good with jus the front lowered 55mm. i have 2 12 inch subs in the boot. i only bought these lowering spings as i saw them goin cheap but im jus wonderin if they will look stupid wen fitted.?

will probably look like it has its arse in the air! lol

get the torsion bar dropped a notch at the same time as you get the springs fitted

Hi mate, and welcome. Best trick is to try it out! I think youll want to lower the back by 1 notch on the torsion bar though.

ye ye sure! i meant will the car look ok not the colour! i was half asleep wen i put this msg up. The only reaspon i was asking is because i have been told on another forum that it looks right as the rear is usually higher anyway :s

so i just thought i would get your opinions on here before i make a final decision

Drop the torsion bar so its just a tiny bit higher than the front.

This is the best handling setup.....
