Lugs underneath the back seat?

Hi all,

Can anyone confirm what these lugs are beneath the rear seat please? This is on the passenger side.

The rearmost one appears to be leaking water in slightly when driving in rainy conditions?

Captive bolts for rear beam.

There’s a third one on each side, possibly just out of shot or behind the trim.

Its more likely running down from the rear grommets. Get some talc out

Would be weird for water to get up that high to where the rear beam mounting brackets are.

If the water was coming in through them (it’s not) it would be brown water - those bolts were rusty from factory. 😂

Looks like you might need to remove the carpet.
