A boy local to me has obviously seen my yellow fogs and tried to copy, however i know his mate and he told me the boy went into a local car shop and asked, and he walked out with a little bottle of yellow tint paint and painted his fog lights. Seen it in person, looks farking terrible..
so tinting paint is another way... not sure what you want to tint, But even though its not dirt cheap lamin X is the only place to get it and is good stuff..
i want to do my fogs too, i heard about that pain on stuff and i think i am going to have to lump it and buy lamin x do you know what size sheet you bought??
Have you tried flyeyes.co.uk I got it to tint the lights on my focus rs. Works really well easy to fit and only about £12 to your house. Could post pic if needed
sorry for late reply been working away and work computer would not let me post pictures. the headlights have the fly eyes flim on it only £12 easy to do also. I was very happy with the result.
I would think It would as it is a flim over the lights I used the same stuff for the indecators as well. The kit comes with cutting knife and scraper for ironing out any air bubbles. What realy do you need the protection from? If the lights gets a big hit they will break anyway
Had it on my headlights for a bit, started bubbling and peeling like mad though as they're kind of triangular so I'd advise against it. Looked mean as f**k though.
I had lamin-x film on for a few year but it started to peel away around the edges so I've peeled it all off, painted with yellow paint now. I think it looks a lot clearer now
