It all depends on the fashion at the time lol.

Just look at all the 172's. 75% of them are silver, as that was the colour to have at the time. Now, LY and RB are the colours everyone wants. In 2005 when I looked into a new 182, I wanted LY or Artic as I hated the RB. Now I love RB.

Who's to say that in 3 years everyone won't want Red?!?!

At least black never goes out of fashion

I find when you see it in real life you can see why its a £1200 option i look at mine every day and the paint changes in the light and you see different parts of the car different shades all the time no pics does it Justis

ly is mint, as said before its hard to get a good picture of the colour cos every panel looks a different shade. in the sun it looks superb, gets so many looks, i love driving past shop windows and looking at the reflection. i would have paid the extra 1200 for it

what ever the colour its still the best available for the clio range imo, in certain lights it does look gold like when its starting to get dark, looks mint then

lol! Busted! But in my defence after seein the Vee in yellow i thought wow! The lines and the definition of the car is immense.

£1200 is actually a fair price I think. I paid £1000 back in 2002 for a nuvola blue respray and £1100 in 2005 for the same colour on a different car. So £1200 for the LY wouldn't seem too bad. In saying that I'm not sure how expensive that paint actually is to buy.

renault dont spray ALL of the liquid yellow parts in house, they are sent away to be prepped, then shipped back. thats one reason why it is so expensive.
