or do you have to get it straight from Renault?

i got five cans mixed from halfords, and it was actually very good. expensive at £14 a can though

We can get you some if you want from our local supplier, would need details of your car etc if you matching to a car, as there might be different shades. Its a 2 stage paint, it requires a special base so you would need both yellows.

1 x Ground coat yellow.
1 x base coat yellow.

as above, it has a ground/basecoat then a translucent pearl coat over the top. So kinda costs abit more than a normal respray would.

My car is fiat broom yellow, so as it's a full colour change I need the 3 paints/pearl cover then!

3 litres of normal paint is what it would take for a full respray. So 3litres of each?

what makes you say you need 3 paints ? just a base + the pearl is all you need really. providing your not going over a dark colour which you stated already that your not.

The ammount you requite depends on the painter.. but i would get 3litre of each to be on the safe side

As it is 3 layers i automatically thought it would take 3litres of each.

3litres should be plenty with a little left over for future use, just need to find somewhere that sell all 3 together.

At least you don't have to match it. Problem comes if the pearl coat is very thin you need major coats for coverage otherwise it won't work and look crap.

We recently had 7 layers of Ford Ultimate Green on a spray card for coverage.

Place in swindon, 2 litres of the bottom coat 2 litres of top and 5 litres of lacqur!
