Mac Ad's

  A red missile
I have to use a Mac every day professionally, they are, always have been and probably always will be fooking sheeeeite. I bloody hate Macs.

  ALBI 197 Sonic MKII
I have OSX running on my PC so best of both worlds. Although, with Windows you can download something knowing it's compatible, with a Mac, you have to do a little searching.

  Fiat Panda 100hp
MACs are the bees knees for graphical work and much much more reliable!

PCs are the worst manufactured product out there. But Windows covers it up.

As soon as I can afford me self a G5 I will have one then out Windows on to that as a dual boot. Best of both.

Mac hardware is the same as PC's now, pretty much.

Running Windows on a Mac, will have the same issues as Windows on a none-Mac.. :p

You wont be running Windows natively on a G5!

New Mac Pro's out soon hopefully (WWDC show maybe?).. then it'll get interesting.

:)

Would be my guess, would make sense for a big Steve Jobs stylee fan fair..."We told you that this time last year that we expected to be shipping the first of the intel macs now, we've exceeded that, every mac shipped from today is intel based."....shock, gasp from the audience! ;)

WWDC is also a preview of Leopard (10.5) I think. Now that will be interesting :D

Give us a chance to see how far behind Vista is again :p

aye, same. think i have a good mix... macs are so bloody frustrating

"oh, it come ready to use out the box" i should damn well hope so, its running on pre determined hardware, it shoulndt need extra drivers. windows tends to be installed on a lots of combinations of hardware, of course it will need drivers, they cant include drivers for *every* hardware configuration can they?

"mac has fun things" like what.. a movie maker? so does windows last time i checked

"my mac can run windows apps" well, so can my windows pc. what useful software is there that is mac only?

i *hate* macs! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tRwzv3vTHfE

Seeing as you've mentioned omniweb, I'll mention omnigraffle which I used to created lovely looking flowcharts for our windows software, seeing as I couldn't actually find any windows software that created flowcharts that looked anywhere near as sexy!

Well, I certainly ain't going to get into a Windows / MacOS X flame war :)

I know the pro's and con's of each.. and that's enough for me!

Everyone else use what they want! :p
